Course 1: Butternut squash and apple bisque, whipped goat cheese, marigold buds, crostini paired with New Liberty Bloody Butcher from New Liberty Distillery, Philadelphia, PA.
Course 2: Bitter greens, sous vide plum, seasonal pear, humboldt fog, fried almond, vanilla vinaigrette paired with Port Barrel Finish Rye from Dad’s Hat Distillery, Bristol, PA.
Course 3: Luxardo cherry lacquered pork belly, slight char, candied orange peel, pickled shallot paired with J.T.S. Brown Bottled In Bond from Heaven Hill Distillery, Bartdstown, KY.
Course 4: Bourbon aged NY strip, vanilla parsnip purée, habanero-peach purée, brown butter pecans paired with Four Roses Single Barrel “Bourbon Crusaders” from Four Roses Distillery, Lawrenceburg, KY.
Course 5: Toasted hazelnut s’mores, gianduja ganache, toasted marshmallow meringue, hazelnut cookie, graham crumb, gold leaf paired with Michter’s Toasted Barrel Finish Rye from Michter’s Distillery, Shively, KY
